At the start of the course I had been suffering from depression and anxiety for 5 years. I had become stuck and didn't know how to move forward. The course opened up a new, positive and realistic alternative. By practising meditation and thinking mindfully I have moved forward. Not only have I noticed a different but family and friends have commented too. I still have some ways to go but now have very full toolkit to use in the future – Thank you. This course has helped me to look at things in a different way, thoughts - acceptance, how to move on. Dav is an incredible trainer, the journey I have embarked upon has been easier thanks to the guidance support of Dav. The organisation of the course has been brilliant also - kind thanks to Nicky. Very enjoyable course. Insight into meditation and focus on breath and awareness of physical sensations in body and breathing into them. Awareness of negative thoughts and feelings that cause stress.
