Symran Transpersonal Psychotherapy (STP) is focused on personal and spiritual transformation and growth.

The STP approach acknowledges the transpersonal, “spiritual” dimension of life, and is grounded in mindfulness, transpersonal psychotherapy, positive psychology combined with the latest findings in psychology, health and well being.

The STP is focused towards helping you discover your own answers to the deeper and meaning questions in life, questions about self clarification, overcoming limitations, healing trauma, or self-development and spiritually growth through psychotherapy combined with ancient wisdom tradition and contemplative practices such as mindfulness, meditation and compassion based approaches.

Whether you are new to this or have tried it before, here you can discover new ideas and practices, get help and encouragement, and find inspiration.

The Symran sessions acknowledge the “spiritual” dimension within life and its importance to health, well being, self development, growth both at a personal and a transpersonal (spiritual) level.

The sessions are responsive to your individual needs, and normally offer powerful ground breaking transformative experiential learning, healing and empowerment grounded in Mindfulness and Transpersonal psychology, all designed to provide you with both the understanding and experience a deeper sense self, peace, joy, clarity and discover your authentic sacred self.

What may happen in a Symran session?

The sessions are designed to help empower you through self-knowledge, mindfulness and self-awareness. The session approach are based on seven perennial aspects essential for our transformation towards a harmonious, natural and spontaneous way of being .

Sessions may introduce techniques and understanding for the cultivation and deepening of different aspect through practice and discussion including:
