Important notice: There is vast difference in being taught how to swim from someone who has just learned to swim in a shallow pool compared to someone who swims in an ocean. Mindfulness is learning to swim in an ocean and as such, it is essential to have a facilitator who has at least 5-10 years of personal experience in the practice and teaching of mindfulness. Our client-centred approach ensures that all our participants are taught mindfulness by only those who have, and have had mindfulness as their lifestyle.
