We are in unprecedented times. The illusions of the material world are crashing around our ears in a blitz of smoke and mirrors. We are aware of this, but how do we participate consciously, collectively and effectively in the emerging reality? How do we remain grounded and resilient through the collapse of the old paradigm, whilst opening our hearts and minds to the new energies? And how do we support our families, friends and communities through this great shift?
This workshop offers an integrated approach to health, healing and self-empowerment, that goes beyond traditional mind-body-spirit approaches by engaging both individual and group energies throughout. We have hand-picked a group of exceptional practitioners and explorers to share their wisdom and experiences and guide us through a week-end designed to help us dissolve the limitations of the ego, strengthen our bodies and step fearlessly into the full flow of reality. We will be mixing teaching and discussion alongside meditation, kundalini yoga, energy healing, music, rhythm and voice work, so that we can enjoy the fullest expression of our individual and collective potential and go back into our everyday lives with renewed strength and greater awareness.
The workshop will take place in the peace of the beautiful countryside at Whaley Hall and is intended for anyone actively pursuing transformation and feeling the call to expand and connect. Whether on a personal journey or as a practitioner wishing to deepen awareness, this programme offers an unparalleled collective experience, specifically tailored to resonate with the energy of the times. Who knows where that might lead?
